Airport connection Köln-Bonn

The 4210 m long airport tunnel with the four-track, underground train station Köln-Bonn Airport, which will link railway and air traffic, is the heart of this airport connection. In the future only 96 steps will separate train platform from air terminal. The project connects the Köln-Bonn Airport with the new ICE-route Köln-Rhein/Main and the regional network of the suburban fast train.
