BMW Group Redevelopment/Refurbishment of high-rise building site in Munich
The BMW Group's administration building in Munich was built in 1972 and its type of construction is unique worldwide. The whole site, consisting of a high-rise building, low building and the BMW museum has been under a building preservation order since 2000.
After 30 years, the buildings no longer meet the state of the art standards and the changed use requirements so that the building will be completely restored between 2004 and 2006 while retaining the basic support concept and the outer appearance.
