ARAG European head office Düsseldorf The office building was planned as a high-rise building with 30 upper storeys, ground floor and 2 basement storeys. The foundation was realised on a 3.50 m thick foundation plate as a spread foundation. The basement storeys are constructed as white sump pan. The high-rise building is stabilised by two cores situated at the two outward ends. The wind strain was analysed in the model test. The results were considered in the static calculation of the building circumference and height. Country:
