The decree on the fees for services rendered by architects and engineers (Fee Regulations for Architects and Engineers) from September 17th, 1976 (German Civil Code l. I p. 2805) as amended by the Law for the Adaptation of Laws and Decrees within the Jurisdiction of the Federal Ministry of Economy and Technology as well as the Federal Ministry of Education and Research to Euro (Ninth Law of the Euro-Introduction) from November 10th, 2001 (German Civil Code l. I p. 2992) is the basis of calculation for the statement of services rendered.
